Atelier Melon orders are shipped from The Netherlands. We offer free shipping in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg on all orders over €100. For orders with a different value or shipped outside these countries, you can find the corresponding shipping fee below. We aim to send orders within 24 hours, so you can enjoy your Atelier Melon items as soon as possible. International orders will be processed just as fast, but shipping will take several days. You will receive your track & trace code, so you can follow your package as soon as it's on it's way to you.

Returns

We hope you're happy with your Atelier Melon items, but returning is possible, of course. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it in case you are not satisfied.

To start a return, go to our return portal. Use your order number and your email address to login, select the item(s) you wish to return and please let us know why you're returning it. Select your desired postal service, and receive your shipping label in no time. Please note that we do not offer free returns, and that you are responsible for the safe journey and arrival of your package to our warehouse.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (for trousers and jeans - this means including the dust bag the product was delivered in). If your return does not meet the required conditions, we will not be able to issue the refund. Giftcard values can not be returned.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

It is not possible to exchange an item for another size or colour directly. Please follow our return procedure, and place a new order for the item you would like to receive. We'll make sure it is with you as soon as possible.

Refunds 

Your return will be inspected once it's received by our warehouse. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically be notified, and you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you completed your order with a gift card, you will be refunded with credit on your original gift card code.

Refunds on bundles & promotion

If you return an item that has been part of a promotion or a bundle, the promotional offer will become invalid. An example: in case of a promotion where you get 35% discount on a top when purchasing a bottom, and you then decide to return the bottom and keep the top, the discount for the top will become invalid. Or if you bought a bundle, and you return one of the items, you will pay the full price for the item you want to keep. In both cases, the difference will be calculated when returning the funds for the bottom. If you want to exchange one of your items for another size, the discount will still be valid.
