Our sizing runs from 1 to 5. For example - a size 2 is perfect for a fuller B cup, or a small C cup. Size 4 fits a full D cup, and a smaller E cup.

1 = A / B
2 = B / C
3 = C / D
4 = D / E
5 = E / F

... if you're normally a small B-cup, and your normal bras just don't feel comfortable anymore, we'd advise a size 1.

... if you're normally a small D-cup, we'd recommend a size 3.

... if you really feel your boobs have added one or two extra cup sizes, take one size up compared to your normal size.

... comfort is your best guide. You know best what feels right. A nursery bra should never feel too tight at any place.
